My 1st Lesson
Laurence was very friendly and first explained about skype and how we would work together. We were going over about how the computer was set up and some of the steps of how to reach the different programs and folders. She was able to explain some of microsoft word also. Because I had to write notes down and repeat some questions she was patient and not hard to understand. My first experience of working on line like this was not difficult to follow or understand.
