Great Warmups
I'm reviewing my first lesson with Ajda. We covered proper posture and breathing. We did a bunch of pre-singing stretches and massages to get everything loose. It was basically a yoga lesson. At the end, we covered two warm ups. Adja is very knowledgeable.

Any teacher who does not acknowledge and address patterns of tension is doing you a disservice and neglecting one of the biggest and most obvious obstacles to singing well. Before we can open ourselves up for our listener, we singers must dispel physical tension, and usher in relaxation. Hope those handouts of our voice anatomy and physiology are helpful, too!
