My background includes extensive experience in Corporate Leadership & Management Development; Directing a Youth Development program nationally; Entrepreneurship experience, including consulting to and coaching start up leaders, teams and boards in both for profit and non-profit sectors; Teaching and Consulting in University programs and Sustainability centers where I support the personal and professional effectiveness of students and administrators. I have a B.A. in Psychology and and M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science, the field about human effectiveness in groups and organizations.

My tutoring is for young people and adults at all stages of their careers who are wanting to develop the positive habits of being a Lifelong Learner, effective member and leader in teams, projects, organizations.. My background is wide in scope. I have an engaging supportive style that begins with looking at ourselves from the inside-out and includes finding meaning and life purpose through personal growth and professional improvement.
