I am a New York Times best selling author in the fields of nutrition, fitness, wellness, longevity, and have been a successful entrepreneur for the past 27 years. I love to teach others how to be successful in business and public speaking. Have been interviewed on over 200 T.V. and radio shows and traveled worldwide lecturing/educating. I have a total of 30+ years in these fields. I have worked as director of Public Health and Preventive Care teaching doctors in a Family Practice Residency...

I am a New York Times best selling author in the fields of nutrition, fitness, wellness, longevity, and have been a successful entrepreneur for the past 27 years. I love to teach others how to be successful in business and public speaking. Have been interviewed on over 200 T.V. and radio shows and traveled worldwide lecturing/educating. I have a total of 30+ years in these fields. I have worked as director of Public Health and Preventive Care teaching doctors in a Family Practice Residency for 4 years, and director of Wellness Programs at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, TX for 6 years, previous to starting my own business.

My background training is a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Health Science from Andrews University, and two M.P.H. (Master of Public Health) degrees (Nutrition, Health Education) and a Dr.P.H. (Doctor of Public Health) in Clinical Preventive Care from Loma Linda University.

My teaching approach is individualized to the learner's needs. I first assess what the result and goal of the learning is, and then tailor my teaching approach to the student. Both classroom setting (theoretical) and practical (real-world) information are taught (with emphasis on the real-world). Much of the real-world teaching is taught from my experience, and what I have observed with other colleagues' experiences.

I have a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Andrews University and have been a successful entrepreneur for the past 22 years in the fields of writing, publishing, consulting, and public speaking. Practically speaking, I started my first business when I was 15 years old, and my father was an accountant. As I was growing up, he taught me about the practical aspects of business and how to invest money. This, combined with my formal training in accounting, marketing, administration, and business law, makes for a well-rounded base to teach from.

Today, I have the extensive experience and a strong desire to help others break through this barrier and begin, or reach higher levels of skill in public speaking.
