Bio

I majored in English at Tufts University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with Highest Thesis Honors, then proceeded to get my PhD in English from USC.

Nearly the whole time, I supported myself tutoring everything from math to the SAT to college essays. I have worked at other tutoring companies, test prep companies, and colleges. As a writing professor, I know what teachers are looking for, both in high school and college. I have many friends in admissions and know what they're looking for as well.

I have created, designed, and taught numerous college writing and literature courses, so I know EXACTLY what many teachers are looking for.

I'm fun and relatable. I'll help you on your essay or with your math class or Shakespeare, but I'm not going to bore you. The more fun learning is, the more you get out of it and the better you will do.
