He always preps before each session and when he does not understand something, he steps back, takes a minute to understand, and then goes over the question/answer until you understand. I love how Sean is always prepared before he tutors me for VBA. One thing that frustrates me is when tutors have not looked at the material I sent them beforehand and do not have a solution ready. Sean always has solutions ready and explanations to go over. He also goes over on what I did wrong and how I can improve. I also like that he leaves time to ask other questions or extra things I may want to go over. He is very good at explaining through codes one line at a time and shares techniques to become better at self-learning for it. He can go through a lot of material throughly within a short time period too and is flexible.
