Greetings!

I'm a High School English teacher with several years experience in teaching grades 6-12 as well as an NCATE teaching license. Some of the classes I have taught/am teaching include: Acting Lab, American Literature, Creative Writing, English 9, Honors English 9, English Survey, English 10, Greek Mythology, Honors Composition, Senior Composition, Language Arts, Media (Newspaper), Mythology of the Hobbit, and I have co-taught AP Lang.

I'm passionate about the subject in all its forms from writing to reading and from speaking to creating! I also specialize in ACT tutoring, from preparing to take it the first time, to improving a first attempt score between tests. I focus on the English, Reading, and Writing portions of the test. However, I also have experience working with and teaching for the Math and Science portions, and am happy to assist with those. I use proven methods and strategies to give students the tools they need to succeed and achieve the scores they want for college entrance or personal goals.
