During my playing days I was a Juco- All American at San Joaquin Delta College, then went on to play at Idaho State University before coaching and playing for the Washington Generals the team that travels and plays against the Harlem Globetrotters. In my 7 years with the Generals I saw and played a lot of basketball, and now I want to give back all the things I have learned on the court but also off. Growing up my dream was the NBA but God had other plans for me and now when I look back it's crazy to think that I would have traveled to 85 countries playing basketball with only a dream and a ball. I really look forward to working with gym rats like myself. I'm now a coach and trainer at a wellness club, and coach 7th and 8th graders at the Boys and Girls club, plus coach varsity at a local high school. I cater to the whole body from the inside out with protein shakes, field training, meal plans, weight management, speed and quickness plus body scans.
