About Josh

Bio

I am a high school teacher and baseball coach. I have taught every history EOC class and all of my students have excelled in their studies. My passion is US History but I also love Civics, World History, and Psychology. I am AP certified in Psychology. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a BA in History and Secondary Education. I am currently in my 6th year of teaching. I have played baseball for 20 years and now I am currently coaching baseball. I am in my 6th year as a coach, my main expertise is in pitching and infield work. I have coached in a state championship series and I have had 12 athletes to go on and play at the college level. I am willing to come up with workouts for players that will make them better athletes and make them stronger. I am willing to work with pitchers on mechanics and I assure you that I will get a velocity increase for your pitcher.

I have coached at all levels and I have many friends who have played college basketball and professional basketball that are willing to help me get you better as a basketball player. I will teach the fundamentals of the game and teach you the ins and outs of the game. Golf is the hardest sport to try and learn to play. I have had many years and many hours of training on the golf swing. I dropped my handicap by 20 in the span of 2 years. I can teach and develop the keys to the golf swing and I can shave strokes off of your game and increase yardage, which everyone wants
