Conversation in American English, on an eclectic and expansive range of topics, containing a plethora of perspectives, idioms, and vocabulary, is why mature international professionals keep coming back to me.
I've helped many to find their places in esteemed institutions by revising their professional letters: employment inquiries, résumés, references, academic papers, etc. Gratifyingly, some have returned years after I'd last heard from them, when they need something written perfectly....

Conversation in American English, on an eclectic and expansive range of topics, containing a plethora of perspectives, idioms, and vocabulary, is why mature international professionals keep coming back to me.
I've helped many to find their places in esteemed institutions by revising their professional letters: employment inquiries, résumés, references, academic papers, etc. Gratifyingly, some have returned years after I'd last heard from them, when they need something written perfectly. Bright younger students I can help with their personal essays for college. In legal writing, I've been successful as a pro se plaintiff at the appellate level.
As for the admission tests, I've taken the SAT and GMAT, getting high scores, but I haven't taken the LSAT, and MCAT. All I can do is show you some of the general test-taking techniques that have worked for me.
I'm sorry I can't help students with their conventional schoolwork.
I have a BA from UCLA in economics. I'm a member of Mensa ("The High-IQ society") and of SAG-AFTRA (playing rough characters such as cowboys and bikers in the background of Hollywood movies and TV).
