Hello,

My name is Matthew, I am eager to bring solutions, strategy and fundamental skills to whatever your tutoring or coaching needs may be. Allow me to tell you about my background and experience: I have worked in the business industry for over 10 years, including working in the private sector and government sector (Wright-Patterson AFB). I have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, a Master's of Business Administration (both from Wright State University) and a Juris Doctorate.

I played baseball and soccer for over 15 years, up through collegiate level. I coached track at various levels in college and utilize the same Olympic coaching techniques I was fortunate enough to be privy to when I ran track.

Whether you are in need of a tutor or a coach, my plan begins with one simple step and that is to listen. I will want to know what you are looking to accomplish, what your short- and long-term goals are and the time-frame in which you would like to achieve those goals. Every person is unique, and has a unique learning style. I will seek to find out how you are most comfortable learning (auditory, visual, repetition, etc.) and build a tutoring or coaching strategy based on those strengths.
