Hello! My name is Michelle and I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Nursing . I have my doctorate in nursing practice, and I currently work in acute care and teach. My nursing background started in 2010 working in acute care, of which I still practice. I have taught pre-licensure nursing for almost 10 years across all content areas, and graduate nursing (DNP, DNP/FNP, DNP/CRNA) from 2019- present.

I currently teach at a University in both a doctoral nursing program as well as pre-licensure. In this role I teach, advise, mentor and tutor students to achieve their greatest potential in nursing school.

I also mentor and tutor high school students in the area of health and science who are interested in joining the nursing profession in their future.
