Hello!

My name is Holiday and I have been a professional freelance graphic artist since 2007. Before then, I was a professional makeup artist since 1990 working for high-end cosmetic companies such as Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent. A few years ago, my life took another direction and I stopped doing graphic art to finish getting my undergraduate degree in psychology and religion. I am now starting a master's program and will be learning strategic communication with an emphasis in social media management.

I have quite an extensive background in creating all kinds of graphic art for all kinds of reasons, but my specialty is making graphics for your websites and social media. This can include making advertisement graphics for your company, cleaning up and preparing your product images for your online business, or even editing your personal or business photos to remove imperfections like stray hairs or bad lighting.

My goal is to show you how to do this all by yourself by teaching you the most basic Photoshop skills. This class is specifically for beginners that require clear, simple, and easy instructions on how to make your own graphics. This will not only save you a lot of time and money, but you will also have a blast using Photoshop! I am very easy going and super patient, and will go over something repeatedly until you get it right.

You will learn:
Beginning Photoshop
• How to use Photoshop for the first time ever! I will teach you from the very beginning and get you to where you will be able to do all the basic things you need to know in Photoshop so that you can be your own graphic artist.

Graphic Art
• I will teach you how to make your own advertisements or whatever graphic art you need to know and I will show you all my tricks of making your graphics stand out.

You need:
• Photoshop, on either a Mac or Windows computer. Keep in mind that Photoshop is expensive, so if you don’t have it yet, try using the free trial period, but it's definitely worth the investment.
