Hi! In 2018, I graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelors degree in English, with minors in Creative Writing and Gender and Sexuality Studies. During college, I took writing workshops with esteemed authors, including John McPhee, A.M Homes, Patrick McGrath, Sheila Kohler and Edmund White. And my course work often combined my love of literature with my interest in history, psychology, and sociology. Outside the classroom, I tutored students who lived in the Princeton Township on writing and reading, standardized tests, and college applications. I edited for the student run weekly newspaper, The Nassau Weekly, and worked in the Creative Writing Department.

After graduation, I did a fellowship on a vineyard in Chile, where I led tours and tastings, and learned about small-scale winemaking. My first job after returning to New York City was in publishing, at the largest literary scouting firm, Maria B. Campbell Associates. At Maria's, we advised our international clients and Netflix on US and international books to acquire for translation and film/tv adaptation. I saw firsthand what excites literary agents, editors, and film/tv executives.

I then transitioned to working in film/tv, as the writer's assistant to an award winning tv writer, whose credits include Watchmen, The Leftovers, and Castle Rock. While assisting, I've freelanced for a script consulting company, compiling detailed reports on various screenplays, and I edit for Latina Magazine.

I've tutored a number of students in a range of English related topics, from standardized testing to essay writing for class. I've worked closely with students writing college or graduate school applications.
