My daughter was taking a summer class required for December graduation. The professor was out of the country - not reachable. We were desperately seeking help because she could not start the first module. He was able to find the problem and get her started on her way. Most important was he confirmed that everything she tried to do were the right steps. When a student is really struggling to figure something out it is amazing to have positive reassurance of all the right steps and to graciously point them in the right direction!
