Eric is a patient, tireless, detail-oriented problem-solver and teacher who excels at helping clients of all ages and backgrounds learn to fully utilize and integrate "all things Apple" into their personal and professional endeavors.

After more than a decade of working with computers in university research settings, Eric recognized his passion in 1986 when he purchased an Apple Mac Plus for home use. it was “love at first sight” as he was immediately drawn to the unique, intuitive, user-friendly, yet powerful combination of hardware and graphic software interface that the Mac introduced to the world. He began attending meetings of the fledgling San Diego Macintosh Users Group and within months became an expert user.

In 1987 Eric took a position at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, California providing computer and statistical support to the first community hospital-based Bone Marrow Transplantation Program in the country. The position soon grew to include support for the Oncology program and later Apple computer support for the entire institution. During this time he continued to build his own computer consulting business, and in 2011 began working full time as an Apple certified IT professional.

Eric's over 27 years of experience working with Apple/Mac clients in both home and small business settings can be characterized as being driven by the same ethos that has been the hallmark of Apple Inc. itself – the intense desire to provide the most effective, elegant, and easy-to-use solutions to his client's IT needs.

Eric is an expert at using computers to organize, edit and optimize digital photographs and video. He has been teaching these skills for over 25 years.

He is passionate about teaching others how to use their Apple products (Macintosh, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.) to help in their personal and professional endeavors. He has the knowledge, expertise and patience to work with "students" of any age or background. He would like to talk to you about how he can the Apple "universe" humm
