Over the 2 years I worked with her, my French dramatically improved. I started as a high school junior with a good background in French but very rudimentary skills in speaking and listening; by the end of the school year, Marie had helped me earn a 5 on the AP French exam. Her knowledgeability about the format of the test and its expectations was invaluable, and she was very carefully organized in ensuring we covered every facet of the exam in time. She later helped me to pass the DELF B2 French exam. I found Marie to be tough but very encouraging; she pushed me to work hard on grammar and speaking. Marie tutored me a few months before my AP French Exam because my teacher at school had never taught AP French before, and Marie honestly saved me! Excellent tutor!

Marie helped my daughter improve her grammar. Her spoken languages was very good, however her grammar was behind. Marie patiently worked with her to figure out where the gaps were and worked tirelessly to improve on these points. They spoke French throughout their lessons, which in turn also helped my daughter improve her vocabulary and continue practicing speaking French. We are very great fun to have found her and all she’s done to help my daughter improve.
