I'm a professor of professors. I have a B.Sc degree in Criminal Justice/Public Affairs; two master degrees in Counseling and in Education; and two P.hDs in Educational Psychology and Christian Counseling.

I have extensive years of teaching experience in regular education classroom, and with special education learners and college students. At present, I am an education consultant. My teaching philosophy is practically rooted in three areas: discipline, instruction and motivation. I teach learners for mastery of the content of what to know and to apply them for their growth and development. When teaching students one-on-one I use what I call "Guidance Practice." My teaching method (Democratic Style) motivates the learner to know what he/she stands for because those who stand for nothing fall for everything.

As teaching progresses, effective and natural teacher like William focuses on building a strong team of learners through classroom assessment and evaluation. My learners are assessed on an ongoing basis to measure and determine the outcome of what they had learned and understood. I don't teach learners to memorize subject matter, but to be an active participant of the learning process from start to finish. As a natural and an effective educator, whether in the classroom or teaching an individual learner, I must be of good behavior, maintain a positive attitudes, be caring, have accountability, and be a good citizen and a man of valour. These are what we teachers demand from learners too in order to offer an effective classroom management system.
