Ever since I was a little girl, I've loved education--and the opportunities it affords me in my life. From the privilege of working with a diverse group of people, I have grown to believe that educators must learn how to teach their students as students are. Consequently, my tutoring and teaching style is based upon the individuals I work with. We all see and interact with the world differently, and it is upon these foundations that I seek to build new understandings.

Throughout my educational experience, I remain as a top student in my classes--having completed my Associate's degree in Accounting with a 4.0 Cumulative GPA and maintaining my 4.0 into my present Bachelor's program: Green and Sustainable Enterprise Management. My passion for knowledge, and my commitment to education, has encouraged me to share my understanding with others to help them reach their goals and to show them that anything is possible if you put your mind toward it.

I believe that the will to take personal initiative and the commitment to hard work is all that is necessary for a person to learn--all that must be realized is the perspective from which problems are approached.

Mathematics has always been a passion of mine--from basic math to Calculus II. However, I am also fond of English Grammar and Mechanics, with a profound appreciation for well-written English. Advanced Placement History, Science, and Mathematics are included in my High School education, and school is what I know best. Critical Thinking and Philosophy are also areas in which I excel, and include important concepts essential to achieving common ground and attaining success.

I am compassionate and patient. Given the opportunity, I will put my heart and soul into ensuring your success because if you are not successful, how can I be?

Patient,

First, I have to say Brandy is an excellent tutor and definitely has her head well planted on her shoulders. It's very easy to see that she tutors with true passion instead of as an obligation. She's extremely resourceful and finds different ways to better tutor my son on an ongoing bases. She immediately broke down the tutor student barrier, as my son was completely captivated wanting to understand her explanations. I really feel that Brandy enjoys her work tremendously and completely understands the gigantic impact she can have on a student. I believe for that reason alone, she goes above and beyond to insure my son truly understands the lesson. I absolutely believe any student to be extremely fortunate to have her as a tutor!! Thank you Brandy!!
