He worked with me to develop foundational skills such as breathing and vocal projection, but also addressed the complex psychological interaction with my audience. Drawing from his training in psychology, he taught me how to react in time to the various cues I receive from the listeners, how to create rapport, and how to open a genuine emotional channel with them. He is also particularly attentive to issues of inclusion. I worked with him for several months, and enjoyed the time together, where I practiced and polished actual speeches and lessons. I have become a better speaker and teacher as a result.

How likely is it that the tutor you join the site for is actually superb? It happened! My tutor Sam is exceptional. I read his profile and knew that he was the tutor for me. His wealth of knowledge and intelligence exceeded my expectations. I have been guilty of getting help from “homework helpers” who are not in my field and I was left more confused then when I started. Sam’s clear and concise explanations were valuable. His enthusiasm left me eager to learn more. I often wished that he was my professor. If he was my professor, I probably would not need a tutor. Sam is skilled, patient, empathetic and kind. He will answer all of your questions and encourage you throughout. He motivated me and made my assignments fun!
