For the last seven years I worked for a local newspaper as their Media/Video Specialist. My primary duties were to edit and produce a compelling news program called the “Kenosha News Minute” as well as individual news packages that were published to their website. I also worked with our advertising and marketing departments on numerous video, graphics and social media projects. At Gateway Technical College, I obtained an Associates Degree in Graphic Communications.

I’ve had multiple opportunities to work on various of video projects that include creating clay animations, demonstration videos, interviews, and producing a promotional video with a local police department’s “Air-One” Helicopter unit based out of Winthrop Harbor, IL.

I've tutored in the pass at Gateway, and would look forward getting back into teaching others. My focus on digital multimedia has been a passion of mine since when it was introduced to me in middle school, and continues to be as I look forward to learning new programs and technologies in the field. I would like to share the knowledge and techniques that I have learn to others.

I have years of experience using programs in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro 7 & X, and other media software.

I always liked American History. I always had a A+ in Social Studies and History Classes.
