I teach beyond what is normally taught! I am an enthusiastic certified math teacher and tutor who strives to help students meet their highest potential. I like teaching mathematics, especially to students who learn differently. I have a bachelor of science in mathematics. I am a certified math teacher with a comprehensive math teaching certificate with over 20 years of teaching mathematics. I recently studied at the Atlantic Seaboard Dyslexia Education Center (ASDEC). ASDEC is accredited by the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC). Through ASDEC, I recently completed Multisensory Math I and II as part of the Orton-Gillingham Math Approach for grades preschool through high school. I actively apply this approach for all my students' benefit. My goal is to teach math to all students.

I have successfully taught students with ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and autism. I am proficient in Elementary and middle school math, pre-algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Math SAT Prep. I accept all ages. Please feel free to contact me.

I also completed a Comprehensive Mathematics Teaching Certification program at the University of Delaware. I have both Delaware and Pennsylvania teaching certificates. I truly love teaching. I enjoyed so much homeschooling my son for over 9 years and teaching many other students over the years. I always try to engage the students and go the extra mile. I try to introduce the topic in a fun and creative way and afterward give time for the student to practice what they learned on their own. I have currently tutored 3rd through 5th-grade students in math in an online environment exclusively. I have successfully homeschooled my son in all the subjects from preschool through 8th grade. I have taught for three years at first as public and then parochial school teacher and tutored in math over multiple summers all in person.
