As a visual homemaker-type of person, I find that problem-solving is fun and exciting when the knowledge I'm gaining can be applied to my favorite hobbies and projects. My interests include cooking, gardening, sewing, and design of all types, and I constantly use math, English, and computers as tools to make my projects easier, more beautiful, and more cost-efficient.
