As a senior behavioal therapist who graduated from UC Davis with a degree in psychology, I have been trained in working with all levels of individuals on the spectrum. I have been working in the field for 6 year years. I am ABA, PECS, Floor Time, Denver Model, NET trained/certified. My patience and love for children is much shown in the quality of my work. As a Senior Therapist for children with Autism I am required to involve families to learn along with their children. Parent training and community awareness are my strong areas along working with individuals with autism. I have established community and classroom awareness programs. I have worked in a school setting as well as within the home. I have patience in working with all types of children and strive to bring out their best aspects and qualities in all the work they do. My ultimate goal is to not be needed and for the child to meet his/her full potential.

Aspergers
Aspergers is a high functioning form of Autism. It is usually diagnosed around the age of 6-8. Aspergers is not diagnosed earlier on, do to the fact that languange development is not a factor unlike Autism. Aspergers affects mainly social interactions and exhibit a restricted range of interests and/or repetitive behaviors. Considering I have been working as a therapist for approximately 6 years, I have much knowledge and different techinques in working with children with aspergers. I have my degree in Psychology and worked with the UC Davis Mind Institute in attaining multiple certifications.
