She taught me about compound consonants and how to write them with vowels. We also looked at how to put a constant at the beginning and the end of the letters. She had me do some reading to understand the different ways to pronounce the consonants based on where they were placed.

I've never had a tutor for one specific language before and was very skeptical. Despite some technical difficulties in the beginning of the lesson, it was a very memorable and fun experience. It felt natural and she was very understanding when it came to my babysitting while also taking the lesson. She was very flexible in how I wanted to learn (Instead of learning the letters and such first, I wanted to learn the language and phrases first since I already knew a few) She was patient with me and made me feel very confident with learning. She'd clap her hands and smile whenever I'd get something right on the first try. She wouldn't scold me or anything if I messed up or asked her to repeat it. She was very calm and we bonded over shared interests. She was a lovely tutor and I can't wait for my next lesson :)
