ADD/ADHD
My experience is in Special Education for 16 years in both elementary and high school age children. I have worked at a High School in the largest department on campus: Special Education and work on a daily basis with students with ADD/ADHD. I am very cognizant of this special need and how it can hamper a student's education, but I have skills to reel them back in to "focus" on lesson assigned in a classroom setting along with one on one teaching. It can be challenging for parents but with the right teacher/tutor it is manageable for student to succeed in an educational setting. I am able to give suggestions to each student in learning how to focus better especially in a one on one teaching environment.
