I have been a Spanish Language Instructor Tutor for the past fifteen years. I have taught Spanish at SF State University, the University of Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont and Skyline College. I earned a MA degree in Spanish Language and Literature. Our son had an excellent experience with Carole, sharpening up his Spanish skills before a third-year final exam (Spanish 5/6, for those of you keeping score). Carole did a great job of reviewing verb structures in ways that caused everything to make sense. She also had lots of very useful pointers for the oral exam. She underscored ways to sustain a dialogue - and make the most of existing vocabulary and grammar - rather than getting trapped in difficulties trying to express a particular response. I only wish we had started with her earlier in the semester.

Carole did an amazing job not only in tutoring Spanish but in helping our daughter overcome the panic she would feel in class and during oral exams.
