This was my first experience using a tutor for learning a computer program. It was better than anticipated. Mr M. was knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. Further he was flexible enough to allow me to learn the elements I was most interested in first and then proceeded to show me how other elements supported what I was curious about. He definitely broke the ice for me with ACCESS 2010. I now feel confident enough to proceed learning from a manual; but as I progress I am certain I will call on him to lift my capabilities further with instruction.
