I have experience working with children who have special needs mainly in the recreational setting. My main experience is with children who have autism. I have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy. I am very easy to get along with and patient. I have worked with children who have autism mainly in the recreation setting. I have worked as a personal aide at a preschool for children with autism. While working at the school I helped the children achieve their academic goals as well as help them with personal care (showering, changing, social skills etc). I have also helped children with autism at a summer camp by creating activities and helping them with personal care(showering, changing, social skills etc). I have also worked at two after-school programs for children with autism. I helped with homework and created recreational activities for them.
