I have a B.A from Swarthmore College (1992), and an M.A. and M.Phil from Yale University (2004), in E. Asian Languages and Literatures. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and proficient in Spanish. I have been teaching Chinese language and history/culture courses for the past decade, at the college and high school levels.
