I am a recently retired special education teacher. I have taught elementary and high school, but my expertise is at the elementary level. Over my 30 years in the classroom, I have worked in self-contained classrooms for MID students (7 years) and Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (16 years). For the last 7 years I worked as an interrelated teacher in the resource classroom and as a co-teacher in the general education classroom in grades 2-5, in all subject areas.
