ADD/ADHD

I grew up with undiagnosed ADD. As a child I did so well with teachers who made learning fun and never boring, otherwise I was staring out the window or whistling in my own head always trying to entertain myself so I didn't get in trouble. By the time I made it to college (still undiagnosed) I had a very specific way of learning that I had created for myself along the way. The main problem was how to get good grades in subjects that I really wasn't interested in. So, I recreated my learning style, focusing on the ways that I most enjoyed learning. Your child's way may be even more different than my own, but if I could make it through college, undiagnosed, with a 3.48 GPA than anything is possible!
