As a Java instructor, I find it very rewarding to see the "light bulbs" eventually go on. I know the feeling as a student, and it is very gratifying to help others achieve that feeling. I have taught "newbies" from scratch, as well as existing programmers, and project managers who were transitioning to Java/Object Oriented programming.
