I have taken math through second-semester calculus, so I know the subject. Further, I know what it is to struggle with math, having done so in the calculus course, With help from the patient instructor, I eventually thrived. I would bring that same attitude to tutoring math, plus training and experience in teaching economics. The methods learned there transfer to teaching in general.
