Michelle seemed like a very nice person. My son took one class with her and felt comfortable with her. I was thrilled that I found a tutor on the first try. We arrived at the second lesson and Michelle was running late. We waited about 20 minutes but it did not seem like she would have time for my son so we left. Michelle emailed apologizing and offered a make up class at no charge. We tried to the lesson for the same week but it didn't work out. We agreed to resume lessons the following week. The morning of the tutoring session I emailed her 3 times to confirm the evening session and did not hear back from her until 15 before the session. I informed Michelle that I was not going to be able to make it since I had not heard from her sooner. Michelle was not happy with my e-mail and asked me to get another tutor. I did not have enough sessions with her to rate her knowledge as a tutor but I can say that I wish she were more reliable.
