Oracle

I have used Oracle in two previous jobs to create new tables, set up queries, use Oracle databases for reporting, and maintain Oracle security. I performed many Oracle database management functions while having these jobs. I am very skilled at setting up the most efficient structure for relational databases and am able to normalize data for reporting purposes.

Microsoft Project

As a project leader, I used Microsoft Project to manage all project resources, determine critical path, schedule team member's hours, availability, and off time, assign tasks, duration, and estimated completion dates, compare estimates to actual start and completion dates, duration, and costs, and determine overall project timelines and costs.

Microsoft Access

I have created and maintained a client database using Microsoft access, including reporting, queries, creation of new clients, and maintaining existing ones. I am able to set up relational databases as well as normalize data for reporting purposes.

I had logic in college as part of my computer science requirements (computer architecture) at the Institute of Technology in Minnesota. I am familiar with logic sentences, logic semantics, logic proofs, induction, and induction proofs. Induction was used in many mathematical proofs. As part of my computer architecture course, I used logic gates such as flip-flop, and/or/nor/xand/xor gates to design a simple computer.

I have used Microsoft Excel in my past jobs to import data from databases and calculate functions on database fields such as sums, counts, and more complicated functions as well as extract specific data based on customer needs. I have used Excel to create pivot tables, charts, and graphs. I also created a spreadsheet for budgeting based on income, taxes, expense categories, savings, debt, and debt payoff for a church.
