Private Passionate Tutor, ESL Special Assistance, Private Lax Lessons
I work independently as a private tutor for a wide age range of struggling students. I hold private and group sessions tutoring a variety of subjects as well as providing extra help for English Language Learners & English Second Language (ESL) students with whatever they may need special assistance with. I cater all my sessions to the specific needs and learning preferences of each individual. More specifically, I've worked one-on-one and in small groups with middle school, high school, and college students in areas such as Math, Science, English/Language Arts, Writing, Reading, and ESL learners. Also, I've provided special assistance for graduate ESL students who require extra help outside the classroom, as well as working individuals looking to improve their English for career purposes and/or social life. Furthermore, I've worked with adult foreign language speakers who are working towards a full English Immersion in a limited time period; I provide intensive training sessions helping develop and enhance language skills rapidly by offering critical feedback, repetition, conversational speaking, listening comprehension, grammar practice, improvement assessments, and eliminating accents. Being a D1 student-athlete has built my character, organization skills, dedication, motivation and will. 2010-14 B.A. in English, minor in Writing & Communications at Siena College, 3.7GPA, Dean's List all semester, D1 Athlete 2013-14 Captain of Siena Women's Lacrosse team 2014-15 Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Chester, University of Chester, Cheshire, as well as The Queen's School, an elite Independent school in Chester, U.K. 2015-16 Head JV Girl's Lacrosse Coach at East Syracuse Minoa 2015-16 Girl's Lacrosse Coach for Orange Crush Club teams as well as ESM HS Varsity & JV Girls Lacrosse Assistant Coach
