I have been speaking French since 1991, when I studied in Belgium during high-school. I joined the military right after high-school and continued to work in government until recently. I received an Associate of Liberal Arts degree in 2012, and a Bachelor of Modern Languages Degree with a French major and a Spanish minor in 2016.
