ADD/ADHD
I have been a guidance counselor for over 18 years and have worked with students who have ADD/ADHD. I have worked with families and assisted them in writing 504's for the school and teachers to follow. I have learned through experience that one of the best things a parent can do is to work on organization and a systematic approach to the problem areas. My most proud moment of working with an ADD student was helping a junior in high school pass her math HSAP after previously failing it.

Hello Nancy, Sorry I took so long to provide a review. I want to thank you Nancy for coming into our lives. I prayed a long time for a person like you. My son likes you a lot. He tells me that you care and that your not just in it for the money. My son has had many tutor's, I know by far you are the best one. He is coming along slowly as far as motivation, but my mom and I do see a difference. Talking to my son is sometimes hard because he keeps things bottled up. Thank god he's still hanging in there and believe me that means a lot. My son seems be studying and he seems to care about what he is learning. I call my son on the daily basis to ask him how's everything. He usually says it's ok, but now he says I have to learn my time tables. I believe my son likes you so much, he doesn't want to disappoint you. I went out to purchase the book Hunger Games so I could read along and help my son with his reading comprehension.
