He has been fantastic working with our son on AP US History. He is patient and has our son engaged in his reviews. Richard is very knowledgeable about the content and has made our son feel much more confident. Can't wait to see the improvement in our son's grade next semester!

Richard is such a dedicated teacher that he helped my daughter with her AP World History essays til past 1am due to schedule conflicts. My daughter is so happy with his comments and revisions. Thanks Rick!

I had doubts about how anyone could help me get over this decades-old phobia that I have of public speaking. But after speaking with Rick and having an adult conversation about my concerns he put me at ease. I am still reluctant, wanting to instinctively avoid anything to do with public speaking, but I can see that Rick has the skill and he really wants to help me.

After a number of failed job interviews I was in desperate need of somebody with career development experience to help me figure out why I've performed so poorly even though I got called for an interview almost every time I applied. I'm a young professional with a few years of experience so it really didn't make sense to me and I needed somebody to help me. I contacted Richard and sent him my resume, cover letters, descriptions of jobs that I've applied for in the past including my comments on what was asked and what I thought about the interview in general. I can't believe this, but after just ONE mock interview session with him I landed my dream job!! We did a one hour phone interview and he was great. It was just like one of those behavioral phone interviews I've had in the past, I couldn't tell the difference. I am very impressed by his versatility because he was able to take on the role of an interviewer in my field and gave me great feedback and advice. I really feel that I got this position because of working with him. He's just an amazing teacher!

Richard is one of the best teachers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of the Latin language is incredible and teaching abilities which can only be found in someone with a great deal of experience. Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to study Latin.

Richard has played a transformative role in my 7th grade son's Latin studies. Last year, my son's grades declined steadily from the beginning of the year until the end of the year. I could foresee no way that my son would be prepared to begin second year Latin. Richard worked with him for 90 minutes twice a week over the summer. My son returned this past fall to Latin 2 with a better understanding of Latin 1 thanks to Richard. Richard now continues to guide him as he makes his way through Latin 2. This has been hugely helpful to my son's comprehension and retention. Richard's patience with both my son's dyslexia and his tendency to talk was incredibly helpful. Despite that patience, Richard was nevertheless able to get him to focus, to raise his standards and to establish better study habits. My son very much enjoys the history and the mythology of Latin and Richard encourages this interest while continuing to underscore the importance of the language basics. Richard has been extraordinarily flexible with his schedule also, making it possible for us to schedule as many sessions as we want. A kind, patient and very well qualified man, Richard has been a fabulous help to my son. He has guided my son through the current level of His studies while also tempting him with insights of what further Latin scholarship will entail. Thank you!!
