I taught elementary grades a total of 15 years: 1st for 3 years; 3rd for 4 years; 4th for 7 years; and 5th for 1 year. I taught Graded Reading and Writing at Gary Job Corps for 4 years and was selected by the U.S. Department of Labor to pilot a writing program and develop a training manual for educators teaching at 103 Job Corps nation wide and the Forestry Division. Marsha G. is a wonderful person, who gives effort and total support in every session. She maintains a great sense of humor and positive influence in helping my son to find and adjust the pace of work he needs. She is patient and flexible in preparing the material in several ways. Mrs. G. recognizes and shows appreciation in the student's strong points and accomplishments. Always a good listener and has responsive understanding of his academic needs.
