I am an elementary teacher of 12 years with Dallas ISD (Kinder-3rd). I am able to motivate and build self-esteem while teaching students fun ways to learn the necessary skills needed to be successful. Teaching methods include modeling, one-on-on, working independently, and re-teaching. Hands-on strategies are used to gain understanding of concepts.
