Greetings! I'm happy for the chance to share with you my love of and passion for education. My name is Lisa, or Mrs. M. if you like, and I am a long-time resident of North Texas. I work as a Reading Interventionist for Dallas ISD through a local not-for-profit. Lisa has worked with my 16 year old son, a sophomore, for the last 5 months, and was able to help him improve his results from "C"s to "A"s and "B"s. My son has really struggled with English, and also has had issues with organization, study habits, and follow up in all his subjects. Lisa was quick to recognize the issues, and come up with ways to help him with it. She also was able to "relate and connect" with him to get him to open up about his struggles. She was also very good to work with in scheduling, and effective with keeping him on track.
