I have worked with ADD/ADHD children all of my career both as a counselor and in my private tutoring practice. I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and have attended many trainings specific to ADD/ADHD. I'm familiar with the teaching techniques needed to work with this population as well as the unique struggles these students face daily.
Aspergers
Not only have I spent a large part of my career as a licensed therapist working with the Asperger's/Austism population but I am a parent of a child with Asperger's as well. I know the struggles from both the professional side and the parental side. Working with this population takes a certain set of knowledge and skills, both of which I possess. I also hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
