2/8/2015 My daughter loves the German lessons with Diana. Not only is her German is improving / coming back, she also can't wait for the next lesson. 2/24/2015 We tried to speak German at home but it didn't work out so well, as my four year old girl thinks that English is her language. Therefore, we thought we needed some professional help. And Diana is the best choice we have done for our girl. Diana is a wonderful teacher with warm personality, make her class exciting with mix of fun play and learning. Diana knows how to make my girl actively engage in her class. She teaches language with lots of hands-on learning experiment that she prepares before the class. She is very patient and she always repeats back in German even when my girl speaks lots of English in her class. After a month or so, I saw a dramatic change in my girl. She is not afraid to say a few words in German and she takes great interest in learning new words, songs and sentences. Diana made a good foundation by giving our girl the willingness to learn German. I am so excited to see her improving every week. Last but not the least, Diana is always on time. She gives and writes honest and sincere feedback after each class. She is very pleasant to talk to and also very supportive. She brings CDs and German books to read during the week. And she is also very flexible in schedules and willing to work around. We are very fortunate to meet her. Thank you.

So far Diana has gone over greetings with me, the gender forms of articles, pronunciation, and the differences between formal and informal conversations.

We read a short story in German, discussed vocabulary, and meaning of complex sentences. She is very knowledgeable, expected from a native speaker, but also knows how to teach. Diana makes German learning enjoyable.

In our German conversations, Diana is very careful to let me do most of talking with occasional interjections about tense and grammar that are specific and very helpful. She then follows up the lesson with a brief written summary of key vocab and grammatical structure.
