As a Mathematics teacher for 9 years, I am the kind of teacher who actually teaches so students learn. For me, it wasn't about getting the right answer but it was more about understanding the material. Elena has been great as a tutor with my grandson, Christopher. She is very patient and demonstrates a great deal of knowledge and skill in working with him. She easily brings out his strengths, addresses his weaknesses in a consciously positive manner, and reinforces his self esteem and self worth.
