Microsoft Project ... I have used MSP for many professional projects over the years including factory relocations, new product introductions and capital improvement projects. I find it best used by starting out with the team to define the work elements gaining agreement on timing amount of work required. Project is very handy for keeping track of issues and communicating both to the next level of management and to the team members. It can be as simple or as complicated as desired.
