I have tutored two young students who struggled with handwriting, taking them from writing very poorly and with difficulty to a fully functional writing ability. I have used the Handwriting Without Tears program extensively, as well as others. I have also combined that program with free-writing exercises, copy work, drawing, and other exercises as needed by the students.
