I have been studying ASL at Kalamazoo Community College (KVCC) for the last 2 and a half years. I have completed ASL 1-4, as well as a numbers/fingerspelling course. Each course required signing with deaf individuals, and/or attendance at deaf community events. I received my sign language certificate with honors from KVCC this May, 2016.
